At Vaaras, we pour our heart into every piece we design. But we also understand that sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we offer a clear and fair Returns & Exchange Policy, centred around your satisfaction.

Return & Exchange Window

• Domestic (Pakistan) Orders: Return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
• International Orders: Exchanges only within 10 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Eligible Items

• Standard-sized, ready-to-wear items
• Wrong size received
• Defective or damaged items
• Items that differ from the product description

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-stitched or made-to-order garments
• Altered or tailored products
• Final Sale or clearance items
• Accessories like earrings, scarves, and socks
• Gift cards or promotional vouchers

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. Email Us: returns@vaaras.com with your order number, reason, and photos if needed.
2. Wait for Approval: Response within 24–48 hours with next steps.
3. Send the Item Back: Pack carefully and ship as instructed. You pay return shipping unless it was our error.
4. Refund or Exchange: Processed after inspection. Refund to the original payment method or exchange within 3–5 days.

Refund Details

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method (or store credit/bank transfer for COD).
• Processing takes 5–7 working days after confirmation.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made a mistake.

2. Confirm replacement product availability.
3. Send your item back to us.
4. We ship the new item within 3–5 business days.

First exchange shipping is free within Pakistan. Repeat exchanges may incur charges.

If You Received a Wrong or Defective Item

Email within 48 hours with photos. We’ll arrange free pickup or reshipment and resolve the issue quickly at no cost to you.

Important Return Conditions

• The item must be unused and, original condition.
• The tags are attached, and the packaging is intact.
• Initiate return within the allowed time frame.

International Exchanges

We support international exchanges for size-related or defects only. You must cover shipping both ways.
